Happy Weekend Program
We do offer two days weekend program to train and develop lifestyle best habits to the children at Nature’s best sites. This two days program teaches children about living with nature,s laws to keep healthy and happy always. This program comprises early morning waking up, Sun gazing, Sun Bath, Yogasanas, Pranayam, Meditation, Morning exercises with body relaxation techniques, Morning playing in nature, laughing exercises, swimming (if facility is available at site), Ayurvedic Food ( Beverages / breakfast / lunch / dinner ), a brief introduction to different lifestyle habits to keep body and mind healthy, Nature rest, Singing / dancing / playing different games in nature / Evening Sadhana, Funny games etc.
After completion of this two day program, child practice daily what he has learned to keep his body healthy and happy. This helps to keep a child to keep away him from many bad habits and illnesses. Since childhood a child lives a healthy life. Prior registration is maditary.
